4th week weigh in....

Today was my forth weigh in and I lost 5 lbs

bringing my total weight loss to 25 lbs

This week I have been having cold peppermint tea, mixed with the chocolate shake, mmmm it's yum

but I've been brave, and got a peanut and a coconut flap jack, I will let you know what i think

Well done Amanda.. Fantastic weight loss :D

You are much braver than me.. I have tried all sorts of recipes with the shakes but none have helped!! lol

I now only have the strawberry and chocolate and gulp it down.

Good luck with the flapjack, and do please tell us how it tastes x

Well....

I don't even think i can get through half of this peanut flap jack

it's very dry, feels like it's taking all the fluid out of your mouth...

It does taste peanuty, but extremely hard to swallow...

I don't know if I wanna try the coconut now lol

Seriously though, i really don't know what to suggest... How many of them have you got?

Perhaps they just take a bit of getting used to???????

I found the flapjacks the most vile thing I have ever tasted in my life....might try the peppermint tea and choc shake though.
 
Oh god.

The coconut one is just as bad, I thought well if I can't eat the other half of the peanut one, I'll eat half of the coconut one, I might like it better...... Nope...... Didn't even manage one bite lol

Slimmersu.... I only got one of each thank god...

Kezzerbelle.... I think you and everyone one that hasn't tried the peppermint and chocolate... Should try it for definate, I have one everyday now...
