    N a measly 1 lbs off :'(
    it's TOM, so that's y n I had a good loss last week. But still feel so dis-heartened! But will carry on, am not gonna go off rails. Been 100% for a month now, which am chuffed about.
    And ive lost loads of inches coz my size 18 jeans are falling, had to invest on a new L size belt( i used to use XL belts before):D:D
    Here's to week 5!

    But it's still a pound gone!! I always put oon 2-3 lb when it's my TOTM so you'll def lose more next week xxx

    You have lost loads in 4 weeks!! you will get lots of bigger losses, in the coming weeks. 1lbs is still a loss!

    Don't get disheartened. You bucked the week 3 trend last week and lost an amazing 8lbs and an amazing 2 stone in just three weeks, now 29lbs in 4. I'm sure you'll have a better loss next week but this could just be your body making some adjustments. Try not to focus too much on weekly losses as these can be up and down. Think about your losses in terms of a month.
