4th weigh in

its prob the excercise, ive heard that the 1st week of excercise can slow weight loss ass muscle weighs more than muscle! u will prob see alot more progress next week with the diet and excerise, its also my ladies week aswell. thought it wud of slowed my weight loss but i lost 2lbs, but eveyones different, plus i was nearing the end of mine :) good luck :) xxx
