Hi guys, sorry its been such a long time! As you know I do a lot of work with my MMA fighters and other sports athletes, and thats taken up a lot of my time recently, getting guys ready for tournaments and championships etc.

However, Ive also started a new blog to get my pent up thoughts (and frustrations!) out to the world.

Now, to warn you, it is actually a blog for Mixed Martial Arts Strength & Conditioning, although Im sure some members of this forum may still enjoy it and find the info useful.

As I said, bare in mind that SOME of the info is directed at MMA athletes who are often in great shape, so if anything looks a little extreme, thats why!

But still, as I always say, you'll never get dumber by reading a new book (or blog post in this case!)
