5 stone lighter!

I did SW for the first time in 2011 weighing 19st 1lb. I was on a mission and in 8 months I lost 5 stone. In late 2011 my life changed and having lost exactly 5 stone (my final weigh in was 14st 1lb) I called it a day for a while. Now 3 years later I have regained 1st 12lbs, but on the plus side my life is a happy settled place once again, so here I am, hoping to re-lose that 1st 12lbs and MORE! Here's me at my heaviest, and at my lightest. My first goal is to get back to 14st 1lb, then I'll take it from there!

3lbs off last week, which I'm absolutely chuffed about If I can lose 2lbs this week I'll be a stone down, so that's the aim for this week!

Wow! Well done on the 3lbs off and well done on how amazing you look in the photos. Several years ago I lost 3 stone doing SW and, completely idiotically, I put it all, and more, back on! So disappointed with myself. Such a stupid thing to do. When I'd lost the weight I felt so much more confidant and used to love shopping for clothes. Now I'm back to dreading clothes shopping and end up buying what fits, not what I actually like!

Still, we've done it before and we'll do it again. For good, this time! Good luck, Clair.
