50/50 Best of Both

Hi guys

Forgive me if this has been asked before, but the search function doesnt seem to be working.

How many syns are in Kingsmill (or other brands) 50/50 or best of both bread? It is medium sliced that I buy. I know I should get wholemeal so I can count it as a HE but me and OH really prefer the taste of the best of both :ashamed0005:

Will always be 1 syn for every 20 calories as bread has no free food allowance
