50-60 mins of moderate cardio exercise 4-5 days a week too much on TS?

Yes I understand. Maybe I should think of cutting it down too. Been on the scales again tonight and only lost 1lb since Wednesday. Not good :(
 
mia you are not to far from target, u haven't got alot of weight left to loose so maybe thats why its slowed down little bit, I'm soon going to face that dreaded stage as Im 2 stones away from target now, maybe the next stone may come off fairly easy but the last stone im dreading it. i hope soon your weight loss kicks start again, that tends to happen for couple of weeks where it don't shift and then a week later it comes off in fair good amount of pounds, try not doing much exercise this week and see what happens
 
Yeah but it's my first 2 weeks :O

Should be losing faster than this. Anyway, official WI tomorrow night so praying I lose at least 2lb :(
 
I agree mia you should have been loosing faster, try one week without any exercise and see what happens. i did less exercise last week and had a better loss, and try and do the most exercise closer to yr weigh in day.
