It's horrible isn't it
I tried to stop my meds for a little while so I could go to the toilet normally (sorry!!!!)it's sort of weighing up which is worse sometimes isn't it!
Hope it carries on improving lovely
It's the first time I've done slimfast (I'm surprised by how nice the shakes are to be honest, I expected weak rubbish) but I've tried each flavour apart from the vanilla one (got it still to come, on caramel temptation at the minute
) I'm aiming for approx 12ish stone as I am quite tall (5ft 9) so I don't want to look poorly. Then again, I've never been that 'skinny' so I'm waiting till I'm nearer the weight to see how it is before I get a final goal
What about you?
Thank you lovely - and well done to you too!
£90 is a hell of a lot! Is it a total food replacement diet? I suppose if it is it's not too bad - but then if the food is awful... it's hard to carry on things like that.
You could have reached a plateau, I know it's disheartening but keep going lovely, you can do it
( I can't talk on the exercise front lovely, I don't do it really either. I'm my mums carer so I'm generally too tired at the end of it. Other than general walking around (and the day to day stuff) there's little else I've done.
