Not tooooo bad 2lbs off. I did eat a bit of ham here and there, as I just went off the soups for some reason. So had about 2oz of ham instead each tea time. My CDC said my body had gone into starvation mode. Did'nt realise how important it is to have 3 shakes etc a day. Have Thursday and Friday evenings off too this week as my husband and I are having our dine outs, for those who don't know its a military term for your formal leaving do. Proberbly 5 in the morning finish. OMG. How drunk am I going to be. He He :party0049::party0049::party0049::party0049:
