4lb. Disappointing really, the least I have lost so far, and not a morsel has passed my lips since 13th Feb. Mind you, 44lb in total and in the overweight BMI range instead of obese for the first time in maybe 20 years.

Target to lose 10 more pounds by 15th April. I thought that would be easy given my past losses but 4lb a week will make it touch and go.

4lbs is a great loss, the more weight you lose the slower it will get as your body will not need as many calories to operate. Your nearly there now keep up the good work :)

Don't be disappointed - you've had a terrific loss since you started. Keep going. You are an inspiration.

I wish I'd lost 44lbs! You've been doing this two weeks less than me and are 6lbs ahead. LOL. Seriously, don't be disappointed. You're doing so well.
