6 weeks into cambridge diet

Hi
I'm new to all this ,forum and cambridge diet ,but so far lost 19 lbs in 6 weeks but been struggling the last two weeks with tiny weight losses one pound last week and half apound this week . So I'm wondering what to do to get it going again ?
I have loads to lose start weight 17 st 3 lbs and i'm happy with lose so far but worried I'll become stuck and I'll get demoralised ( i'm classic yo yo dieter but now heavier than ever ).
I've started running \ walking routine but not working at mo so perhaps too much sitting around ? Anyway any advice would be appreicated and how any of you have dealt with similar stages ?

How much water are you drinking ? If your drinking less than 4 Ltrs I would increase to 4ltrs

Which plan are you on ? Has your consultant said anything about your losses ? xxx
