6 Weeks To Florida!

Hi all! After reading through other threads, I found them quite helpful and inspired me to write my own. I think having the help and support from you lot will really help boost my weight loss...so here goes!!

I've joined and left Slimming World many times before, but this time something seems to have clicked and I must, I will see results this time!

Hope you all find my journey an eventful one and beneficial to yourselves too as you can pinch some food ideas!

FLORIDA COME AT ME!
 
So I started Slimming World again on Tuesday evening (28.08.2012) and here is my food/exercise diet so far...

TUESDAY 28TH AUGUST

Food
o Lean Steak with Batchelors Savoury Rice
o 2 x Hi-Fi Light Bars (HeB)
o Diet Coke

Exercise
o 30 minutes Spinning class

WEDNESDAY 29TH AUGUST

Food
o Bacon (all visible fat removed), spaghetti, mushrooms, scrambled egg.
o Black tea + sweetener
o Water
o 3 x Babybel Light (HeA)
o Chicken Goujons (chicken + smash)
o S/W Chips
o S/W Syn Free BBQ Sauce
o Sugar Free Flavoured Water
o 2 x Alpen Light (HeB)

Exercise
o 60 mins gym session
 
THURSDAY 30TH AUGUST

Food
· 2 x Slices of Wholemeal Bread (HeB)
· 80g Primula Light Cheese (HeA)
· S/W Cheese & Onion Scones
· Pea Pods
· Strawberries
· Bananas
· Bachelors Pasta n Sauce - Tom & Herb
· 2 x Alpen Light (HeB)
· Apple
· Mullerlight
· Water
· 7 Up Zero

Exercise
· 40 mins gym session
 
SW recommend that one third of your plate on EE should be super free foods (veg or salad) - if you could manage to do that, it would help your weight loss and......... drinking plenty of water
