6th week WI....plus 5% loss....

    I have lost another 1lb this week, and it brings me up to a 5% loss too, so I am very pleased with that.

    I am losing slowly but surely and I shall get to my goal eventually, but I'm in no special hurry, I am just so happy to see the scales moving every week.

    Good luck to all other Friday WI's today, I have my fingers crossed for you all. X

    Dont get me wrong I wish I cud just go to sleep and wake up at goal weight but since I cant ill join you on a steady journey.

    That's excellent hun! Was just about to PM you and ask! Slow and steady is the best way, no point in loosing 3st in a day then gaining for the next 6 months! I'm really pleased for you :D
