I lost 2lbs as well this week as well....hopefully next week I'll be in the 11 stone gang.......I'll never be in the 9 stone gang (I'd look toooo thin....my face would look too old....I'm 5ft 6") Its my BMI I'm most thrilled about. I know ideally it should be under 25, but for my age (37) a BMI of 27 is viewed as 'normal'....according to the diet doctors on TV!! Not too far away from that target. Only another 10lbs to lose before my weight is 'normal'. Isn't it crazy, my target weight is practially what you started on

I've had enough of ssing.......7 weeks is enough for me. To be honest its very much like CD the way I'm doing it. Today I've had two shakes and chicken/lowcarb veg for tea. I may still do some days just shakes, I'll see how I feel.

I do feel slim now....which I love. My confidence has really grown. I'm wearing fitted trousers and tops again now instead of the baggy t's and combats. I'm not hiding in corners when I go out, but I'm happy to stand and chat...I feel young again.:D

Glad you are feeling back to your normal self again....it is tough to stay happy the whole time.

I've just read my post back Bea and it doesnt sound like me. If anyone of my friends read my post before the diet they wouldn't believe it. You are right we shouldn't be so down on ourselves just because of weight but lots of us are. I read on another forum about how fat people are supposed to be 'jolly, happy' etc, but after reading these reviews most of us were not happy.......If someone can be truely happy and not bothered about being overweight then I envy them tremendously.
