    6th weigh today and 4lbs lost :D

    got no clothes that fit me any more lol and i have thrown them all away :clap:

    Well done, I'm week 6 also, but a different VLCD, so it is always great to see how others at the same stage are doing. And you are doing fantastically - well done, you must be so proud :D

    Congratulating 4 lbs is brill and the feeling of folding those clothes never to wear again idcwonderful isn't it... Don't do what I did though... I kept mine and slowly fit back into them so this time I've bagged them for the charity shop

    Fantastic losses Nic! Oooh exciting only 11lbs to go! You've done brilliantly and will soooooo enjoy going out to buy a new wardrobe! I'm am addicted to buying clothes. Being able to walk into any shop and knowing you can buy anything in there is such an amazing feeling. Enjoy!
