7, 7, 7.........

I don't go to class but I've heard a lot about this 7 day plan to kick start you back on track. Had a bit of a bad week last week and think I might be looking at my first gain this week, eeeek!!

Is it 7 syns, 7 glasses of water & 7 free foods a day? Or is it superfree foods?

To be honest, 7 glasses of water isn't difficult but if you don't currently drink much it will help, reducing by 3 syns a day is 60 calories, so again, not much help - it's the 7 speed foods which will make the difference.

Speed foods not free foods by the way!!!

Was popular when this was posted last year though.

Why not have seven speed, seven super free and seven syns?
 
I'm not sure how I'm going to fit all of that food in but will give it a go - I'm quite bad for drinking water and I don't think I could manage to drink 7 glasses a day (plus I'd be living in the loo at work!)
