7 Stone lost in 14 Weeks

Hi Everyone,
As I write this I am beeming from ear to ear
Just back from my weigh in to find that I have now lost a massive 7 stone in just 14 weeks
I will post an updated picture on my blog and this forum over the weekend, which will also nearly fall on my 100th day of this FAB diet, I feel great, get loads of comments and now love how I feel (a long way to go still though!)
I just had to share my news!!!
