790 and struggling!!

Yes, you need to keep up with the water! I now its tough esp. when you are having a meal as well, but the more the better really.
Also have you increased your physical activity? cos surprisingly this can slow down weight loss...
Be extra careful with your portion measurements and drink!

Having been on 790 for five weeks and now into my sixth I have had no problems.

Two issues come to mind -

1. You must keep up your water intake, that is very important.

2. The last 14lbs or so can be stubborn to shift, you just have to keep at it.

Hi, I am about a stone from goal too and my loss has started to slow down now... I've been SSing, but have decided to go onto 790 for a couple of weeks before going throgh the stages and lose the rest gradually. I swim 40-45 mins every day and so might be building up muscle too but I have been told that when you get near to goal your loss does slow down!
