790 and struggling!!

    I'm at the end of my 2nd week of 790 and haven't lost anything this week and only 2 lbs last week. I'm feeling really despondent about it because I'm worried that my weight loss has completely slowed down. I'm currently 18lbs from goal. Any advice gratefully received!!

    weight Watchers now but did LL/CD
    are you sticking to 790 rigidly, 3 packs and a meal?

    yes I am but there have been a couple of days when I've had about 2 litres instead of my usual 4 litres of water. would that make a difference?

    Yes, you need to keep up with the water! I now its tough esp. when you are having a meal as well, but the more the better really.
    Also have you increased your physical activity? cos surprisingly this can slow down weight loss...
    Be extra careful with your portion measurements and drink!

    Having been on 790 for five weeks and now into my sixth I have had no problems.

    Two issues come to mind -

    1. You must keep up your water intake, that is very important.

    2. The last 14lbs or so can be stubborn to shift, you just have to keep at it.

    Hi, I am about a stone from goal too and my loss has started to slow down now... I've been SSing, but have decided to go onto 790 for a couple of weeks before going throgh the stages and lose the rest gradually. I swim 40-45 mins every day and so might be building up muscle too but I have been told that when you get near to goal your loss does slow down!
