    Just had a thought. I've been having cottage cheese smoothies. Milk, fruit and cot. cheese. Was just thinking, if you had too much cc left over each day you could put some in your shake :)

    Yes, I know it sounds gross, but it doesn't really taste (in mine anyway), and thickens the shake up nicely. Blend well.

    Lots of added protein for me at the moment :)

    Good idea!

    Have you tried whizzing the cottage cheese up with a shake and then adding the mousse-mix? It should make a glorious mousse with the flavour of cheesecake!!

    I don't tend to have the whole of the Cottage Cheese allowance for my meal, I have half cottage cheese and half tuna. That much cottage cheese is just too much!
