Just had a thought. I've been having cottage cheese smoothies. Milk, fruit and cot. cheese. Was just thinking, if you had too much cc left over each day you could put some in your shake
Yes, I know it sounds gross, but it doesn't really taste (in mine anyway), and thickens the shake up nicely. Blend well.
