7lb on as glycogen stores refill?

Hi everyone, hope you're all still motoring! Just a quick question, is it true that when your glycogen stores fill back up that you'll gain approx 7lb? I'm due to start RTM on July 1st and by then I should be 14stone. I'm concerend that as I do RTM and my glycogen stores refill that I'll end up being 14 st 7lb.

Do I need to wait until I get to 13 st 7lb in order to balance out the gain?

from what i understand the amount you lost at your first pop in ( day 3 or 4 of LL) will be approx your glycogen weight.

however this isn't fat so although you will weigh more, your clothes will still fit!

it depends if you 'need' to see the weight on the scales lower, or if you are happy knowing that its just glycogen i guess

These were my thoughts too, so im glad you brought it up. Im the same i think i need to see the scales stable at the weight i want to be, so i will definately going to loose about 7lbs more then target.
hey all, any idea when the glycogen weight gain hits? i'm on week 7 rtm and lost each week so far but getting more nervous each week also as i'm anticipating the big gain anyday lol!
any advice from those who've completed rtm?

Sorry am not on LL but on CD you are slowly introduced into food again so you will still lose some weight on RTM/ Moving up the steps therefore it counter balances your glycogen stores filling up. Does this make sense?
