I decided last night with my CDC that my target is 11 stone. I'm nearly 5'9 and I think this will be a nice weight for me. This will mean that I will hopefully lose half of my starting weight - CRAZY!!!! I may decide differently nearer the time (either lower or higher) but its nice to have a definate target in mind now.
