8 stones to lose before Xmas! :-)

I'm doing a VLCD & hopefully will be losing a stone a month.

I would love to fit into a size 10-12 dress for Xmas day, right now I'm a 20-22.

It seems forever away, but also slightly doable, even though 8 stones is a lot of weight.

It would be nice to enter 2014 being happy with my body AND being able to take advantage of the new year sales for clothes! :-D

I'm with you 100%. I have lost 2 stone 10 since new year. Still got another 6 stone to lose by Christmas. I agree it would be great to go to a new year party feeling good.
