810 allowance

Can someone please let me know what we are allowed on 810 as I have lost my yellow book and not seeing my CDC until Wednesday lunchtime.... thank you.
 
found this on another post

250g plain cottage cheese (5% fat)
325g reduced fat cottage cheese (less than 2% fat)
175g chicken breast without skin/fat
175g turkey breast without skin/fat
275g white fish fillet et cod, haddock
260g canned tuna in water
190g fresh tuna steak
275g quorn pieces/mince

choose 3 tablespoons of below

Green salad leaves such as rocket, lambs lettuce, watercress

Celery, cucumber, or red radishes, courgettes or marrow such as pak choi or chinese cabbage

Broccoli, cauliflower or any other cabbage even pickled

Asparagus, fennel or celeriac

Mushrooms....

apparantly tho there have been a couple of changes so if you get the new book on weds can you let us know what the changes are as im on 810 this week and dont see my CDC till next week and ill be back on SS+ then
 
Ooooh thank you so much.... I will let you know if i get new book, although my CDC always seems to be last with everything....

they have added eggs and prawns :D

Is this just 810 or are eggs allowed on SS+ too?
 
The eggs and prawns are for 810 not ss+. If you choose prawns check the salt content as some have far more salt than others.

There are also some recipes in the new 810 booklet.
