I'm about 9lb's above BMI25 and so need to start moving up through the plans in the next few weeks, but I am starting to WANT to eat, so I am tempted to go up to 810 next week after weigh in.

What are the losses like though?

I'm guessing at a few lb's less than SS, so similar to SS+? Is that a reasonable assumption?

I've been looking through my CD book, and I can't begin to tell you how excited I am by the thought of eating Muesli:eek::eek::D

    Roll on the 1000 plan!

    Thanks Shazza,

That's a fab weight loss on the 1000 plan:)

I thought it wouldn't be much less than SS, as the calories are still so low, and I'm quite insensitive to carbs so would probably stay in Ketosis, but it's nice to know others are losing a good amount on it!.

I think I'll move up next Monday then, and hope to be into the 10 stone range by the end of the month!

I think if it was me personally, I would do each stage for at least one week. At least then your body will not be overloaded with carbs.

I am trying to get down to SS, but the food keeps getting in the way, still can't moan, I am losing weight and inches
