Im on the 810 plan, im having 3 CD products, 284ml of skimmed milk and a small meal (either cottage cheese or a small piece of chicken and few tablespoons of veg)... these last few days iv been getting to 8pm after having my meal and realising iv only had two CD products. Do i always have to have a 3rd even if i really dont fancy it and am not hungry? My consultant told me i need to have them all otherwise my body will enter starvation mode and it might affect my weight loss. Iv just forced myself to have a shake and now i feel bloated and sick

    Hiya

I am on a mix of 810 and SS+ and it is important to have your three packs a day as they are your source of vitamins and minerals - 3 packs equal your RDA. 2 packs will mean that you are missing out on 33% of your RDA. I get my packs done at 9am, 1pm and 4pm and then have my dinner when I get home from work about 6pm...I think setting times might be helpful to make sure you get them drunk every day??? I have come to think of them as nutrition, rather than food so that I don't feel like I am having to eat when I am not hungry. I also only drink the chocolate tetras, so I have to drink more water, but less 'food' if that makes sense???

I would talk to your CDC if you are really struggling...it might be worth thinking about SS+ - 3 packs and a smaller meal? Would that help with the timing??

    Good luck

    Clair

I usually have my shakes at 8am, 12pm, and 8pm and have my meal at 4pm so i can eat with my little boy. On busy days i always forget my last shake and end up forcing it down and feeling sick. Now i know i have to have it i will make sure i dont forget. Thanks
