Reading some of the recipes on the 810 recipe thread people are putting chicken with their cottage cheese. How does that work quantity wise? Are we using half the allowance of chicken and half the allowance of cottage cheese?

What if you don't want three camb meals only 2? Can you eat a bit more chicken?

Can you swap you skimmed milk for anything else?

Do you lose weight quite fast still on 810?

Can you eat beansprouts on 810? How come you can eat some veg and not others eg carrots?

Yes use 1/2 quantity of each to make up your daily protein allowance (I split the portions so I could have 2 meals)

No, you must have 3 cambridge meals

Can you swap you skimmed milk for anything else?

You can have 150g tub of total 0% fat greek yoghurt

Do you lose weight quite fast still on 810?

see my signature bit (that was because of a cheat though) I hear of good losses on 810

dont think beansprouts are allowed.Think its all to do with carb contents being higher in some veg so be careful not to go over the allowed 3 tablespoons of veg
