9 stone to lose

Not sure I want to lose 9 stone to be honest I dont think I would look right! lol.

But I have to do it for my health and for my family.

JLStretton. your last sentence has really inspired me. I'm gona keep those words in my mind for everytime i need motivation to do my exercises, long way to go though till i get to where i want to be. well first week lost 5lbs..second lost the plot and put on 3 arggg! so far second day 3rd week ok...fingers crossed!
