Hi guys, I would like to lose 45 lbs in 90 days. Had my first weigh in last Wednesday. Was 12.8. So hopefully should be back to about 9.7 by the end of August. Diet going well so far- after a tough first couple of days, hunger seems to have completely fallen off after day 5. Anyone want to join me on the 90 day challenge?!
 
Yes I will join you :) I want to lose 28lb in 90days it will get me nearer my final goal....
 
Fab Katiebaby! Had my second weigh in today-lost six pounds in six days! Figured I need to lose five next week- then 3 for the rest of the weeks to reach 9.7 by 29th August. Really hope I can do it!
 
Can I join please? I haven't posted for a long time and think it could be the reason I'm struggling. 1st time on CD seemed so much easier than it has every time since (and there have been many!) The extra focus and much needed support of joining this challenge may be just what I need. You are all doing great. Well done :clap:

I did start a personal challenge of 100 days of SS perfection on 6th June and am happy to report that on day 9 I'm still going. I'm afraid I don't know exactly what I weigh - from my clothes and how utterly grotesque I look and feel I'm pretty sure its between 12st7 to 13st. I didn't want to know and my CDC agreed that it's probably for the best. She will tell me what I've lost fortnightly until I get to 10 stone (1 stone away from my goal) I am in recovery from a very unhealthy scale addiction you see!

Went for 2nd run on the diet this morning (first one was five weeks ago at the start of the diet- eek). Would like to see if doing a little exercise 2-3 times a week will help my weight loss by upping my metabolism a little. Remember going for a jog five weeks ago at 12stone8 and it was so much harder than this morning! It is amazing how much better you feel and can exercise better not lugging around an extra 20lb. Weighed 11.2 this morning- 6lbs off being in the healthy bmi range! Hoping for a 21lb weight loss by my week 5 weigh in on Wednesday. Hopefully on track to be 9.7 by the 29th August!

Well done on your jog I am finding exercise a lot easier and enjoyable since I have lost this weight it's great
 
I'm five and a half weeks through my twelve week odyssey (CD) = I've just broken into the 10s after losing 23 pounds. Six and a half weeks to go! Need to lose 20 pounds more to reach my destination!
