    Hi all,

    As many of you know, this is one of my many re-starts, and just wanted to share with you all that I got weighed today and have lost 9lbs in 10 days! :D

    PinkyJay-Been doing CD on and off for about 4 years now (yikes!). Lost 5 and a half stone and put it all back on....
