Hiya :)


I've switched over to s&s from cd as is soooooo much tastier!!

Cause I'm such a chunk I'm on 3 shakes and a meal plus an optional extra shake which I've had on 3 outta 5 days

I've got a 5 month old so get a bit tired but I'm ok, feel a bit more energetic today. Guessing I'm in ketosis now.

Thanks guys I'm chuffed! Swam 49 lengths 3 times last week aswell and done twice this!

I used the meal planner tonight and played with it and it basically said I can have 3 packs, 200g cottage cheese and 100g ham and be within calorie and carb allowances and still in ketosis. So I did and I bloomin loved it lol.

Stopped me wanting hubby's Tina pasta bake. Guessing its not a good idea to do the above often but it really helped :D xxx

Sooooo that extra cottage cheese kicked me out of bloody ketosis and I scoffed all weekend, was good Monday and caved yesterday..... Back to the bandwagon today, guessing tonight's wi will be ****! X
