9th week result

2.6lbs lost this week and I did have a few chocolates on a couple of evenings - well, we all deserve a little treat here and there! I'm now 11st 12lb and I haven't been under 12st for a few years! I am going horse-riding in a few weeks and the horse will be delighted

Well done, that's a great result.

I lost 3 lbs this week. That's 10 in total in my first month, which I'm very happy with. I'd like to lose another stone & am signed up for another 9 weeks so here's hoping!
