    Just wanted to say THANKS you have all been great giving me fantastic advice and got me back on track.

    I was mixing my days up and finding it hard to plan my week but with your advice & showing me your food diairies think I'm sorted.

    Yesterday I ended up having a big stir- fry with loads of vegetables and a small bit of chicken.

    I've sat down with my hubbie & planned the rest of the week.

    Good work! I think planning is the key! If you don't think of everything you are eating as a whole, then that is where it starts to go wrong!
