I have been going about 4 weeks now and am finding it fine.
I have a query though! I know you are meant to eat only 5% fat per 100g or less and upto 15g fat per meal. Would it make any difference if you had something that was 12% fat but only 11g per serving! All it is I was a bit rushed at dinnertime and ran in to grab a sandwich and i picked up a lunchable and that was the nutritional info on it
Not that bothered but is handy to know for times I am caught out.
