a bit of what you fancy does you good

i have found my hearts desire and i can still have it on xenical i am so happy

aero mint bubbleballs , delicious and 99 cals and 4.8g fat per 100g, which just happens to be one cone

i find them a godsend because it allows me to have something my brain tells me i shouldn't be having and helps to stop me straying from the path, had one for desert today after dinner and even though there are 7 more in the freezer i have no inclination to have any more 1 is enough

so what else is there to fill the gap that junk food leaves behind

ive discovered boots diabetic chocolate and toffee sweets are low in cals, fat and sugar :) quite pricey, but if only taken in small doses it lasts a while :)

I personally cannot stand mint choccy , so I will find a different one !

I like the Walls Mini Milk ice lollies, they're about 30 calories each, can't remember the fat content but they're definitely below the 5%! I find one isn't enough though, so I usually have two, but at 30 calories each I don't feel too guilty lol.

I also love Iced Gems, they're great for when I'm craving something sweet :)

What about the Skinny Cow range of ice creams? I will have a look tonight in Asda and see if they are ok for us.
