Ok so here goes....
Health:
to lose *some* weight and be more comfortable in my clothes (want to lose 13lbs but realistically dont know if that will happen)
to lose some body fat %
to keep to my sleep routine -that makes me sound like a child lol
to do some yoga/Pilates each week
to respect my body and energy levels, and be kind to myself 
to do my meditations
Misc:
to not swear (Im not a guttermouth or anything!)
stress less about uni work, be organised
to read a non-uni/nutrition related book
Social:
to have at least one night out a month (health permitting)
Home/cooking:
to do a meal plan and shopping list each week
to be organised with packed lunches
Update:
well, last week I was totally unorganised, didnt do a proper food shop and planning, well what planning? lol
one small blip and lesson learnt, fridge is full of goooood food and meal plan is done for the week, might start a
rotating meal plan (gosh that would be soooo organised lol), I havent slipped up with my packed lunches at all though
so happy with that, even making them on the morning if I cant be bothered to do them the night before.
ahem definitely been keeping up with my social goal lol looking forward to not going out for a few weeks now
I've been doing really well with my swear-less policy lol tbh its only certain friends who bring that side out but glad to be
getting out of the habit as dont want it slipping out when I'm in clinical practice
Think I've been quite organised with uni work and whatnot, not been rushing to finish in time for deadlines (yet, touch wood n all that!)
trying to stress-less about work and deadlines, easier said than done but getting there!
Need to finish reading the non uni book I'd started reading so going to make a concerted effort to do that this week!
I am trying to fit my yoga in, got three sessions in my diary for this week coming, so hopefully will get there, meditation wise I am trying to
get back into this even if its only 5 mins.
Health wise well, I've eaten not so great this last week and it has affected my health, so big reminder of why I'm eating this way and to stick to it!
Not getting weighed til I break up from uni so dont know on the weight loss front as yet!
