A confession and cap in hand!!

Hi All

well after my well planned break (away with work) it just didn't go to plan! So have been off the diet for 4 day's.....however i am back on track today so hoping that i haven't sabotaged my efforts too much. My scales showed a 3lb gain which hopefully will go as soon as ketosis is back.
I think my main shock factor was that i managed to eat just as much food as before which after 4 weeks on the diet i would have thought my stomach should have shrunk to the size of an egg????? :eek:

I hope you had a lovely holiday - and you are straight back on here so I bet no long term damage done. I am sure that the 3lb is mainly water weight so you may find you have actually put no fat weight on - fingers crossed. Whatever you are doing the right thing - back to the straight and narrow lol. Take care xxx.

Least your back on track as thats the hardest thing to do!
that 3lbs will be off in to time.

yes the hardest part is getting back on track so well done!
we all have blips, so make sure you forget about it, and im sure when you get back into ketosis, then you will lose those three pounds super fast..
