Hi Bex
Hope you don't mind me asking but as you work at a vets was wondering if you knew much about guinea pigs? My jazzy has gone really poorly she seems to have lost loads of weight and this morning was sick, I've brought her in side and left her with my friend today, any idea what might be wrong with her? Do people bring piggies to the vets and how much would I be charged to see one? Never used one before and my hubby says no cause it's going cost a bomb

Hi all, again, sorry I not been around. Been struggling - Again.

Am going to have to join a SW group next week I think. Just cannot not do it on my own. I am now 13stone 2lbs and before Christmas I got my 2stone away at 12stone 6½lbs. Really would love to get back there. But, I am still 2stone 4lbs lighter than when I first started Slimming World in 2007, so I guess that's a good thing.

Was good this morning, went into Tesco's to get some Pepsi and a mag, picked up some magic stars when and queued to pay, walked out of the queue and put magic stars back on shelf.

Hope all is well with everyone. My weight has crept up ever so slightly more, though is on the downwards route again at the moment, but it's my birthday on Saturday and celebrating all weekend!

Hi finding all my mini friends again !!

Arghh... So I went for a run - more jog/walk on Monday night, and my goodness am I aching. And I did stretches before, half way through and when I got in. Oh well as they say - No Pain No Gain. Swimming tonight then hopefully out for jog tomorrow night. Or maybe another exercise class. I'll see.

So, today has been my first complete day of SW in quite a while!!!

Breakfast - Muller light and fruit
Lunch - Salmon and rice, fruit.
Dinner - Homemade fish and chips with salad.
Snacks fruit. 2 slices of spanish sausage.

Have to take Buddy for and urgent appointment at specialist vets tomorrow as his tumour has reappeared really quick. So fingers crossed thats okay. And my boss is the best has let me have the morning off.

Thanks Emma Buddy isn't soo good unfortunately. Well, he is in himself he's fine. And nothing showed up on the ultrasound and bloods taken this morning, but the tumour has come back and its bigger than before, and he has to have it removed on Monday and have xrays and stay in for 2 nights. poor Buddy. Will also have to start chemotherapy as well. And insurance wont even cover for the whole op, so its gonna be expensive for Dad. But he needs it done. But prob wont be able to have another op if it does come back. But such as life. He is still really well in himself which is the main thing. And he is 10years old.

Soo, food today hasn't been brilliant, stopped at a garden centre on the way home and had a cake. The two slices of cheese on toast for lunch! Oopsie. Off for another run tonight.

I hope so, well they are removing half his anus, so if it comes back not really sure what they can do... :S But poor boy. Lots of love and cuddles for him. My mum is in a bit of a state about it all. But Buddy was happy cause he got some of my cake! Hehe xx

So sorry to hear about Buddy's problems x. At least you know he's in good hands and will be very well looked after. Hope everything goes well for him and he makes a really good recovery x

It's no wonder you had cake! I would have as well! Just give it another go again tomorrow...you'll soon slip back into it again xxx

oday has already gone bad. But never mind, it's my birthday tomorrow so going to have a bad weekend. Tonight got some of the girls from work coming to see the flat so we're getting Dominoes! Hehe. Two meals out tomorrow. Hey ho.

On the plus side I did lose 1½ this week.
