A few days off

I've decided to take a few days off TS as we're going away until Wednesday with friends. I think I'm going to do WS and then get back on TS by next weekend I'm hoping that this will give me a bit of a boost! I hope this is the right decision I don't plan on going crazy with food as I don't want to undo my good work so far.
 
Some people have said eating a bit a few weeks into TS has kick started their metabolism and lost more that week so you never know it might not be such a bad thing as long as you stick to low carb! :) enjoy your weekend!!
 
Yup just try and avoid carbs and have only 1 meal a day if you can along with your 3 packs and you should be grand =D I found adding a meal 1 day helped boost me =)
