First of all, can i use a kellogs special k bar as a healthy extra?
And Watermelon...am ok to think I can have this on green without any worries?
I have searched the forums for these answers, but have got no clear answer!
Also, full fat natural yoghurt. A SW friend seems to think she can eat it in unlimited quantities, whereas I thought it was only low fat or Fat free...?
