A flat week

Well, had a bad week, did not stick to the 790 plan and strayed a couple of times. At todays weigh in I have not lost anything.:(

However this week I am determined I am going to do things right and stick to the plan, drink loads of water and I WILL lose the weight this week.
 
Make this week a good un! Drink loads of water and just concentrate on those scales next week and the fact they will drop loads if you just hang in there.
