A Frustrated Foodies Food Diary

I have had less than brilliant success so far on SW....6 1/2 kg in 3months. But, the choice is a)give up or b) keep going and I'm keeping going! I hope that by logging my eating on here I can see (or people can help me see) what I need to change.

I tend to have 2-3 red and 2-3green days a week and do extra easy at weekends....I aim for 10-12syns a day.

Wed:Red
Breakfast: Peaches, mullerlight yogurt, alpen (hexb) milk for tea (hexa)
Lunch: Bacon, egg and salad sandwich (hexb) light mayo (2syns)
Dinner: Chicken salad, low fat coleslaw and potato salad and seetcorn (10syns)
Banana and muller light.

Yog, apple, alpen (hexb) milk for tea (hexa)
Egg salad sandwich (2syns for spread) fruit
Veg curry and rice
