    Hello There

I used to be on LT (VLCD) but had to come off because I blacked out and docs are concerned, I have been on slim fast but I dont think I am going to loose the weight I want and need to.

I was just after what the weight loss is like on SW - I know everyone is different but would like an overview. I have 100lbs to loose ideally and would like to see if anyone has achieved this or more on SW.

    Thanks in advance.

I'm halfway there! If you have the focus required to do a TFR diet then there is no reason why you won't have great losses with SW. Obviously it won't be as fast but there are people who regularly lose 3-4lb a week
