Hi I've been on atkins 8 days now and have lost weight, but after reading everyones menu I'm not happy with mine, and I can't get my head round how many carbs an how much protien and how much fat haha, can somebody tell me if this is ok please, brekkies 2 eggs scrambled with mushrooms, dinner tuna or chicken with lettuce, baby spinach, watercress, cucumber, sometime crispy bacon on salad (just one), tea, turkey or chicken or fish, with same as above and sometimes brocolli, very rare but sometime I'll have a piece of cheese for snack, and I drink 3lts water per day, thankyou for any advise
