I've always found that water + green leaf veggies + the occasional bit of flax meal kept me regular
 
I have started taking the tablets "probio 7", you can buy them in Hollands & Barretts. They're absolute BRILL. I have done a course of their type with 4 million friendly bacteria and was able to go once every 2 or 3 days. Now I've started to take the 10 millions bacteria ones and I have gone EVERY SINGLE DAY twice a day! I also had to RUSH at the beginning, but now it's getting better. I highly recommend it as I usually really have a problem there!
