YES... you can do it for 12 weeks and then you are supposed to go up for a week and then you can go back down. I am in my 12th week now. x

Yep. AAM doesn't exist anymore and as others have said, you do need to do 810 on week 13.

Thanks... will the weight loss be ok without AAM.... and then one week on 810, then another 12 on CD.... (My hols will be before that,,, but just wondering).
