The diet you're doing is tough especially in the first few days - when ketosis kicks in you won't feel hungry - see you psted on Weds - so hopefully you're fine now - good luck!
Wowzer!! Well done you! I have been on and off this diet for years and whatever you do try not to cheat - I find as soon as I have even just a tiny bit of food it makes you even hungrier. Keep up the water - keeps you feeling full and keep in mind why you started! Keep going as you've had an amazing start and will get better as you feel better! Xx
