Yes, believe it or not, some guys do slimming world aswell. I first started slimming world around march of this year as i was getting fed up with the lack of energy and being overweight and I honestly found it very easy to do, i lost a stone and a half in a month just by sticking to the plan 100%. I couldn't believe how easy it was but sadly i stopped group for a few months, fell off the wagon, started hitting the vending machines at work, well, you all know how it goes haha. I ended up putting some of the weight back on and the lack of energy came back so i've re-attended group starting last week and on the first weigh-in i ended up losing 4.5lb.
I'm now motivated to get back on track and decided to keep a diary for myself so that i know where i'm going right and wrong. This might be a pretty boring diary for you folks as i work full time and don't have a lot of time to prep meals (which is a shame as i love cooking), so a lot of the diaries might be very similar but here goes anyway.
