I wish it was over for another year but sadly we won't see another episode until 2019, going to be a long 2 years! :(

I waited 25 years for the third series of Twin Peaks :)

Totally worth it, only one episode left though!
 
I'm still hoping that one day we will see a return of this amazing series, it ended on such an intense cliffhanger and now it's been 12 years! :(

My day got a tad messed up today, had breakfast as planned and went into town with a friend for a coffee. He had a grilled panini and slice of cheesecake but i ended up sticking to plan and just had a black coffee. It was hard though! haha. Because of this I skipped lunch because the time i got back it was dinner time and had my "lunch" before bed.

- Walked into town and back, approx 7 miles all in
- 30 minute walk with my dog

I wish i did have 2, they where nice! smaller than i'd have thought, they are square shaped, not long like your usual battered fish. I'd definitely be buying them again. The one in the pic below is syn free but i can't find it anywhere! tried 2 different tesco, 3 icelands and 2 asdas haha.

-2lb this week. I'm a tad annoyed that i never hit my 3lb target for the week. I thought it would be no problem since i've been going to the gym and out walking more than usual but it turns out that your body retains fluid for repairing your damages muscles which was the cause of the extra wait. A friend (and fitness fanatic) told me to drink a lot more water this week to balance out the fluid retention so i will give that a go for next week!

2lb is 2lb, still happy enough ;) Got my second 1 stone award! I like the new certificates better :p
