Have you measured yourself?? You can't always realy on the scales, do you feel slimmer??

Other than that the only advise i can give is to track your intake. I know you should only need to track your carbs on this diet, however if you don't get enough or eat to much calories it can effect your losses.

eg. don't eat enough calories = starvation mode
eat to many kcals could = sts.

no Zim I'm not getting any slimmer either I've been measuring myself also I've been on strict induction since the first week I STS so I've had nothing illegal for two weeks.

Doing bootcamp next week hopefully that might be the kick I need
sounds like PISS to me love, we've all had that.

Post Induction Stall Syndrome. Basically it's your body adjusting to having had rapid weight loss.

Hoping I can keep my motivation up and not throw in the towel. Hopefully if I can stick it out that fairy will visit me soon.
